As an emergency physician, I’ve experienced firsthand how burnout, secondary trauma, moral injury, and compassion fatigue show up in real clinical lives - not just in headlines. I combine clinical experience with a patient safety lens to design practical, human-centered support systems for clinicians. In a world increasingly shaped by technology and AI, I focus on maintaining the human providers at the center of it all.
